The Timeless Treasures Stitch Star Contest which we introduced a few weeks ago and now here is information on a fun contest that Judy Niemeyer and Quiltworx is sponsoring.
Judy Niemeyer and Quiltworx are pleased to announce a new contest featuring their new Bali Fever pattern. Because each quilter who makes Bali Fever will 'design' their quilt differently. With Bali Fever, even quilters who use the same fabrics can achieve very different results. Judy is anxious to see the unique colorways and color placements so Quiltworx is sponsoring a contest to see who makes the most beautiful Bali Fever! The winner will receive a $300 Gift Certificate to the quilt shop of their choice and the second place quilter will receive a $100 Gift Certificate to the quilt shop of their choice.

Machine Applique
With so many of the new Block of the months and kits that feature machine applique, this class will explore options for machine applique -- both raw edge and prepared. We will look at different methods for stitching the applique down, using those stitches available on your sewing machine.
