Cobblestone Lane Block of the Month
Every day here at Quilting by the Bay is so inspiring. New fabrics and patterns arriving every week and we have so many beautiful Block of the Month programs starting up. Cobblestone Lane is hanging in the shop now and it’s calling to me everyday! It’s made with the Aster Manor collection by Three Sisters from Moda and it is such a beautiful collection of fabrics.
Tons of new batiks have been arriving in preparation for the Judy Niemeyer workshops. Sue and Sandy are working on kits for some of the class patterns and all of us batik lovers are just drooling over the bolts of fabric stacked up everywhere.

We will be getting a different quilt from Judy every month for the next six months as part of her rotating trunk show. Each quilt is only here for that month so be sure and come by to check out the new quilt every month.
Starting Thursday I’m sure to be on inspiration overload. Sandy, Sue and I leave for Quilt Market in Houston. I’ve never been to Market before so it will be a whole new experience for me. We are bringing the laptop and I’ll have my camera so I’ll be sure to post pictures and share the experience with all of you. p.s. I just got back from vacation in Disney World where everything is magical and all doors open auto-magically.
