From 1-10:
 
Travel south on 231 to 23rd St (IHOP is on the corner) 
Turn right.  Travel 2.4 miles. 
Cross the intersection at Airport Road. 
Winona Drive is the next street on the right.
 Turn right on Winona Drive. Quilting by the Bay is on the left.
 
From Downtown Panama City.
 
Travel north on Harrison Ave to 23rd St
