Ooops!

I guess we were resting on our laurels last week...and now we need to make a few corrections to last weeks newsletter.

Support the QBTB Food Drive

January 2-30

The food drive was not a one day event on Jan 2-3...It's actually going on the whole month of January!

Get a ticket for every three canned food items you bring in January 2-30.

Then on February 1st we'll draw the name of one lucky person

who'll win a $50 QBTB gift certificate!

Demo Days at QBTB

January 23rd

Demo Days will be held on the third Saturday of every month in 2010....except in January.

We're quilters not mathematicians...

Join us Saturday, January 23rd (Not the 16th) at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm for our first Demo Day.

Miss Kathy will be demonstrating tips and techniques for working with Cuddle fabric, including how she made the super cute quilt as you go cuddle quilts.

The Fabric Calculator demo has been cancelled due to miscalculations. :)

Instead, Kathy will show us applique techniques using YLI Wash-A-Way thread, which is easy to do and the results will give you a smooth edge to either machine stitch or hand applique.

You can see both demos at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm. So, really its going to be a double demo day!
