Demo Days will be held on the third Saturday of every month in 2010.

Join us Saturday, January 16th at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm for our first Demo Day

Miss Kathy will be demonstrating tips and techniques for working with Cuddle fabric, including how she made the super cute quilt as you go cuddle quilts.

Also, get tips from Kathy on how to use the Quilter's Calculator. She is a pro with the Quilter's Fabricalc Calculator and you don't want to miss this demo. I just asked Kathy and she said she will do both demos at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm.

So, really its going to be a double demo day!

Mei Tai Baby Carrier pattern

Mei Tai Baby Carrier

"Baby wearing" has long been practiced in many cultures around the world, and research has shown that "worn" babies are happier and learn more quickly than their counterparts.

The Mei Tai is a traditional Asian baby carrier that allows you to carry your baby in the front,

on the back, or on the hip.

Its wide straps and even distribution of weight across the back make it very comfortable.
This pattern features a unique internal "X harness" for extra safety and back support for the baby. Also included is an optional pocket that doubles as a stuff sack for storage of the Mei Tai when not in use.

Brainy Baby Ball pattern

Brainy Baby Ball pattern

A variation of the classic Amish Puzzle Ball pattern,

this cuddly patchwork ball has lots of places for little hands to grab on to.

It tumbles softly but won't roll away from baby!

Fat quarter Friendly!
Includes pattern pieces & easy rotary cutter instructions.

Thread Pic from Clover

The perfect tool for hiding or removing stray threads.

Easily slips through the top fabric, leaving no marks or punctures.

Ideal for long-arm quilters and machine embroidery.

The Fabulous Fabric Glide

A set of two sizes of semi-hoops that control the fabric during free-motion quilting on a standard home sewing machine. Easy to use and extremely light weight. Relaxed hand positioning prevents hand, wrist and shoulder fatigue normally experienced when attempting to control the fabric.

Judy Niemeyer Trunk Show

Judy Niemeyer's Sea Urchins quilt just arrived yesterday and will be here through the end of the month. Be sure to stop by and see this amazing paper pieced quilt. High contrasting light and dark batiks make this a striking quilt. Just look at the detail!
